SmartCars take over Lombardy St.

Anyone who has ever visited or lived in San Francisco knows Lombardy St. It is said to be the curviest street in the world and as one who has driven down it, I believe it. Last Sunday 133 Smart for Two SmartCars lined the curviest part.
Well, desperation is the mother (father?) of invention, and this “vehicle” definitely is such an example. An eight seater bike, that has 3 solar panels on top and crazy little engine on back. It somewhat resembles the “surrey with the fringe on top” from Oklahoma.
